The Galactic Senate is no place for civility. Full of politicians squabbling for their own interests rather than those of the worlds they represent, it is easy for an idealistic Senator to be cast aside. Despite this, Senator Padmé Amidala continues to fight for the principles of freedom and democracy from the floor of the Senate and—if necessary—the battlefields of the Clone Wars. This expansion for Star Wars™: Legion contains one finely sculpted, unpainted Padmé Amidala miniature, enough for one operative unit, along with a unit card, six upgrade cards, and Padmé Amidala's three signature upgrade cards to field in battle.

The book will contain a series of linked narrative-play (the best way to play Middle-earth SBG in my opinion next to Battle Companies) scenarios which will take Frodo and The Fellowship across Middle-earth. You'll tackle Moria, Amon-Hen, The Dead Marshes, Shelob's Lair and of course the struggle up the slopes of Mount Doom to cast The One Ring into the fire.
As well as the rules for playing these scenarios with Frodo, Sam and friends, you'll also find options for creating your own "what if?" Fellowship as well. This is something that has existed for a long time in White Dwarf magazines and beyond but it's good to see they've brought that back! What if Saruman had never fallen to the lure of power? Maybe he would have gone in place of Gandalf. Perhaps Boromir never took up the call and instead Faramir went in his stead? He could have gone with Frodo and Sam all the way to Mordor? With Rohan not under threat by Saruman and the Uruk Hair Eomer or Eowyn might have ridden to Rivendell instead and represented the world of Men? |
